Ι lost 25 kgs 2 years ago and with that I got a pair of sagging breasts which was a real concern for me. I wanted to get a breast lift but I was very worried about the fact that this could impair beast-feeding ability. I underwent mastectomy as I was diagnosed with DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ). Prof. Dr Alexandre performed reconstruction by Latissimus Dorsi Flap and Autologous Fat Transfer. Although, an overall scary experience, Dr Alexandre’s vast experience made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was so caring and informative, explaining every single detail. Dr Alexandre performed a tummy tuck on me, using his advanced High Superior Tension technique. I had a lot of saggy stomach muscles from prior pregnancies and weight gain in the abdominal area. I was referred to Dr Alexandre for post-bariatric surgery, having lost 48 kg! which left me with excess skin in my body and breast. I was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on my cheek and was referred to Dr Alexandre by my Dermatologist. Dr. Alexandre was extremely professional. He explained in detail the treatment of choice and the techniques to cover the defect. I need to stress that I felt extremely comfortable with him and we did the removal a week later. He excised the tumor with ample margins (to ensure the removal of all cancerous cells) and performed an Advancement flap to close defect. The pathology report after the removal confirmed that all cancerous cells had been removed, and I had several follow up visits, so that Dr would make sure it healed well. I couldn’t even believe that someone could close a “hole” in the face of that size, and just leave an inconspicuous scar. Dr Alexandre’s fine precision and expertise not only cured my cancer, but he also did an amazing aesthetic job!  Anytime I tell somebody I had a tumor removed from my face they ask “where is the scar?”
